By utilizing the services provided by Invisible Box Digital Agency ("Invisible Box," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," "your") signify your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use ("Terms").
Description of Services:
We offer an array of digital services encompassing branding, app development, website development, motion design, video production and professional photography. Additional services may be included or offered at our sole discretion.
Client Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing all necessary materials, data, and other information pertinent to the execution of any project. You are also responsible for securing appropriate rights for any materials provided.
Payment Terms:
Payments for services should be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your individual project contract. Failure to complete payment within the agreed terms may result in service termination and/or additional late fees.
Refunds and Cancellations:
All sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are subject to the conditions specified in your individual project contract.
Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights related to the project will be transferred to you, the Client. Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with Invisible Box.
Third-Party Tools and Services:
We may use third-party tools or services for project completion. While we aim to partner with reputable providers, we cannot be held liable for third-party failures or malfeasance.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to hold all project information, data, and materials in the strictest confidence, unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Invisible Box be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
Revisions and Amendments:
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the individual project contract.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal suits, actions, or proceedings will be conducted exclusively in courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Acceptance:
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
